Nice to meet you here. My name is Cris and I’m a certified health coach, prenatal and postnatal trainer and mother of a 4 years old girl.
I’ve dedicated my work to creating the most effective programs for whichever stage of your postpartum journey you are in.
My goal is to support women in their postpartum healing journey and I’ve spent years finding the right mix of exercises and practices to prevent and overcome pelvic floor issues and support the nervous system.
I literally want all women to be able to jump on the trampoline with their kids, and be able to run after them (because they’ll definitely need to) and also, to be able to laugh and sneeze without worrying that something might go wrong.
I take this work very seriously, because I know how challenging motherhood and postpartum period can be.

WHY?

Because I’ve been through similar challenges you and thousands of other women are facing after giving birth and I want to help you through it.

After I gave birth to my baby, I felt stuck in a loop where I was unhappy with the way I was looking and feeling in my body but I didn’t have the energy, the time or the motivation to make any changes.

And the worst thing was, that on the few occasions when I went to a postnatal yoga class or tried a postnatal fitness program, I felt rushed into poses or exercises that seemed too much or too uncomfortable for my postpartum body. I felt alone and hopeless in a body I could barely recognize.
