When can I begin after birth?

You can begin from 3-4 weeks post uncomplicated vaginal delivery OR 6-8 weeks post cesarean birth or assisted vaginal delivery (forceps, vacuum, episiotomy, 3rd or 4th degree tearing).

Are the workouts live?

No, the workouts are not taking place live. They are recordings that you stream at home at a time that works for you.

I'm many years postpartum, is it too late?

No matter how long it’s been since birth, this is the place to begin with your recovery. We’ve had women in their 60’s do the class and finally get results with improved leaking and back pain. It’s never too late.

What is the format of the program content?

All workouts and educational videos are in follow-along video format. They are 10-30 minutes long because I know you’re busy and doing your workout during nap time or after a long day! Meditations are in audio format. The program also includes helpful, printable PDFs.

How long are the workouts?

The workouts range from 10 - 20 minutes and can all be done in the comfort of your own home. You can pause, and come back if you get interrupted mid-way. We get it!
